Hello and welcome to my website! Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to change, growth and wellness. Looking for a therapist can be a daunting experience. Please feel free to peruse my website, including my education, training, experience, as well as areas of specialization.  In general, I work with women who are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety throughout their life cycle. Women suffer from depression 2.5 times more than men and they experience depression the most, during their childbearing years. Typically, I work with women who are going through a transitional time period in their lives, such as divorce, empty nesting, transitioning to parenthood and/or returning to work. One of my areas of specialization is working with women and men on their journey to parenthood. This includes pregnancy or postpartum adjustment, infertility, or miscarriage.  I have a great deal of experience and training in working with women who are feeling overwhelmed by fears and phobias, as well as women who are dealing with relationship and marital issues, health issues and work issues. Additionally, I have extensive training, and experience in working with, women with Pre- and Post-Partum Depression and Anxiety. I have have lectured on Perinatal Mood Disorders.
